Glad!

Ciao readers, I'm so glad to write again. Today, I will be just posting a poem. I couldn't write a story because of reasons that I will tell you soon. This poem is the story of Prahlad. *** When I was born, There was not a single horn. I was not evil like my father wished, But rather certainly bliss. My father believed I was cruel, But something was saying it was a duel. I grew to be my father's tree, But enemy as my guru sees. He struck me for believing in my lord, Who was the foe of his. His lord was the king of thee, And also the father of me. My father called to his court, Which was in his grand fort. And he asked me who I praise? I replied, "Only who Vishnu says." He stared at me in complete shock, And asked himself, is my son the problem lock? He tried to make me die, But, I was a heavenly ally. Poison was sweet, And a fire was elite. Then came a day Where he furiously lay, On his majestic seat. "If your God is everywhere", He said in complete desp...

Adventures with Miss Marvolo #1

Bonjour my dear readers, This is the 10th post of my blog and thanks y'all for 400 views!!! Sorry for the late post. I keep telling you guys, sorry about not posting, that's why this month there are going to be a few updates in this blog. Let's start with a new colour scheme and greetings of different languages. Today's story is the beginning of a story that is currently in the works. I will be writing more of this story in the upcoming posts. My murder book has been cancelled. Why? Because I had a thrill for murder mysteries for a very short period of time, I don't think I'm ready to write a book yet. Ok, here we go- In the early 1960's I received a television from my uncle. My uncle, Dan was fantabulously rich and took great interest in modern objects. He was particularly intrigued by the television. Besides the fact that it took him 2 hours to switch it on, it looked like a box! When I passed by, he was entangled in wires and cables, staring at the instru...

A quick post!!

Hi everyone today's post is a quick one because I'm writing this very late in the night. As promised here is your weekly post. Walks, it takes everyone on a beautiful journey, everything you do is important. My walks with Mr Naidu were most enlightening. Mr Naidu is a 50-year-old man with a jolly spirit. Walks with him were the most interesting, new topics and delightful things pop out of nowhere. At 7 a.m and 5 p.m every day he would carefully get out of his house, slipping the house keys under the welcome carpet. In the mornings his talks would be peaceful and calm and in the evenings it would be filled with gossip. If he saw children he would take out a toffee from his crumpling pocket. Everyone in the community loved him. His best quality was the forgiving and tender attitude he had. Mr Naidu is not someone you see every day.  Thank you, everyone, see you next time. BTW how was your picnic? Feather

Where was I? Magical Objects#3_The Changing Diary

Dear Everyone, I am so very sorry for not posting. It's been a very busy few weeks. But, I did write a few stories in this time so, you may see more consistency now. Also, this is the finale of the Magical Objects Series! Today's story is a very deep one. Malo! Malo! Malo! He woke up with cold sweat. 1, 2, 3, the alarm blared. It was time to get ready for the day. "Suit up, look good." This line was his mantra.  His mother made a hearty breakfast which he thoroughly enjoyed. Malo got out of the comforts of his home into the bustling city of Singapore.  He caught the bus to Power High School. An elderly woman who was about to attend a funeral gets down at his stop and gives Malo a package. Filled with curiosity he tore apart the brown paper which encased a book, a diary.  'CHO' It was written boldly on the first page. The next page had typewritten notes on how to use it. 'The one holds this diary must write till the very last page to witness an almighty c...

When the Winds Stopped

Hello, It's Feather with a new post. How did you enjoy your 20 mins of nostalgia from last time? Today's story idea came to me when I was cycling. It is not a part of the magical objects series but, I really love today's story and I hope you like it too. Also, I decided to discuss a topic in every post as a new addition.  Miley was cycling as fast as she could through the narrow roads of Alolan. The wind was furiously charging at her. Miley cycled the fastest in her group of friends. She had unkempt brown hair which was always tied into pigtails. She wore a denim cap, which was given to her by her father from a foreign country. She never bothered to wear shoes, which resulted in her being barefoot most of the time.  She cycled, pushing against the wind till she reached the large water tank which provided water to the whole town. She stopped there for a while, admiring the majestic, black water tank which stored gallons of water. Then she took a turn and resumed her competit...

Magical Objects #2_The Reflection Jewel

Surprise! You must be wondering why did I post today? Well, I decided to make more stories for this series and once a week is too long of a waiting period, even for me. So, this week and the next I'll be posting on a weekday and Sunday. Happy World Bee Day!! I was actually hesitant to post today's story because it is not that great. But, I remembered something from a book I recently read (Big Magic). It was that when you do something you shouldn't hesitate to show it to the world. Just do it and move on to the next project. Now, it's time to read the story: Jane was once a majestic queen. She had everything she desired. But, she was self-absorbed and disrespectful to others. King Handon, Queen Jane's husband loved her dearly but, disliked her behaviour. He was loyal and gratifying to his subjects. so, he detested seeing her nasty behaviour. One day, Queen Jane took a stroll to the royal pond. At the centre of the pond, there was a lotus. A deep blue colour gem tha...

Magical Objects #1_The Starry Umbrella

G'day mate, Welcome back to the blog. Today I wanted to start something exciting, so I decided to make a series of stories for my blog. This series is called "Magical Objects". In each post, I will have a new story about a different magical object. Did you enjoy the task from last week? I sure did. I hope you enjoy the first story of this series.  A strange man in fine clothes was begging out on the streets. He had a black umbrella with him. A passer-by noticed the strange man's umbrella and desperately wanted it. She asked the man for his umbrella in exchange for a hundred dollars. He naturally agreed and gave her the umbrella with a warning, "Don't get too lost..." And he was gone within the blink of an eye. She walked back to her cottage with the brand new umbrella. She hung it on her coat stand and went to make her evening tea. Her little retriever, Bean was staring at the umbrella uneasily. It was nighttime and she was heading to the bed when she sa...
